MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS
Our bank institution is changing from Truist to Bank United effective September 1, 2023. This positive change also incorporates a ClickPay portal allowing you to view your account balance, make payments online directly, and enroll for ACH. Owners enrolled for Bill Pay through their personal bank institution can continue using it but must update the mailing address to the new P.O. Box. New coupons are being ordered and will provide the new mailing address. If you are enrolled with J&L Property Management to receive email notices, you should have received an invitation from support@clickpay.com. If you did not receive your ClickPay invitation, have questions on how to register your account, need assistance enrolling for ACH, etc., you may contact ClickPay directly at 800-533-7901 or visit www.clickpay.com/help.
