Clubhouse Information

Clubhouse Reservations:

The beautiful Westwood Two Clubhouse can hold up to 100 people. 


You must make reservations in advance, as it books out quickly!


Below you can obtain a copy of the Clubhouse Rental Agreement which provides the Rules and Regulations.

**Price Changes**

The following prices will be effective for ALL reservations: 

Rental Fee: $250.00 (MONEY ORDER ONLY)

Deposit Fee: $400.00 (Money order or Personal Check)

Clubhouse Agreement

YOU MUST CONTACT MANAGEMENT TO MAKE SURE THE DATE YOU ARE REQUESTING IS AVAILABLE. RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE OVER THE PHONE. ONCE YOU CONFIRM YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE, YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM AND DROP IT OFF TO J&L PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WITH YOUR FEE AND DEPOSIT PAYMENTS. RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE MADE ONCE THE OFFICE RECEIVES YOUR FORM AND PAYMENTS.

POOL REQUIREMENTS

The pool is open WITH REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Absolutely NO guests. This includes family members that may be visiting. The pool is strictly for the use of residents ONLY. 
  2. Please maintain proper social distancing
  3. No BBQs or large gatherings 
  4. Limit your time to avoid over crowding
  5. Do not enter the pool area if you are not feeling well
  6. Maintain the pool gate CLOSED

If these rules are not followed, the Association can close the pool. Please be a responsible resident.
